Neil "Ozzie" Austin
Director, Senior Technician
Neil has been the Director and Senior Technician at Poolside Solutions for just shy of a decade. His experience and knowledge is priceless and his dedication to providing his customers with great solutions and results is just the type of bloke he is. Neil enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Liam Cassar
Equipment Installer /
Pool Technician
Liam is one of our more senior installation technicians, his 4 years of experience at Poolside Solutions proves invaluable when combined with his quick wit and problem solving skills. In his free time he enjoys riding his motor bike, going to the gym and gaming with his mates.
Chris Raby
Lead Service Technician
Chris is our most experienced service technician. His expertise and knowledge in water chemistry and equipment troubleshooting goes back 9 years to when he first joined the Poolside family. Chris also works as a wedding videographer on weekends and enjoys making bad puns and all things food.

Mick is our newest technician to join the team, he is a jack of all trades that can fill any role he is put into, he enjoys going out with friends and all things video games.
